Jason is an attorney licensed in both Maine and Florida and currently practices primarily in the fields of business, corporate, real estate and commercial law. He also helps individuals create wills and living wills.
Prior to practicing in Maine, Jason was a litigation attorney for one of the country’s major insurance companies. Additionally, he has served as Senior Staff Attorney for the Second District Court of Appeal in Lakeland, Florida, as well as for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in Tampa, Florida.
He is also an adjunct instructor at Hillsborough Community College in Tampa, Florida and teaches Legal Writing, Legal Research, Family Law and Estate Planning.
Jason is an active member of the legal and other communities. He is currently a member of the Maine Trial Lawyers Association, the Maine State Bar Association, Cumberland County Bar Association, and the Florida Justice Association. In the past, he was a member of the C.H. Ferguson-M.E. White American Inn of Court, the Law Related Education Committee of the Florida Bar, and the Claims Litigation and Management Alliance.
Jason is married and has three children. He loves spending time with his family, camping, running, and reading.
